Dallastown, PA--The Bicycle Access Council (BAC) is hosting a weekend rally June 13-15, 2003 in Lewisburg, PA. Go to the 2003 Rally link on this website for complete information and registration forms. Over two thousand flyers are being sent to Pennsylvania bicyclists announcing this event. Although all are welcome, this rally is by and for Pennsylvanians to promote bicyclists' rights on the roadway. The keynote speaker at the rally is John Forester, author of Effective Cycling.
